At each stage of the process, we informed users about the data we were utilizing and provided them with the option to opt out whenever they desired. This extended to our communication efforts, where we underwent multiple copy iterations to ensure that the information provided was easily understandable to users of varying backgrounds and levels of familiarity with web3 concepts.
1. Navigating the ecosystem
We developed educational resources aimed at answering basic questions, such as "What is an NFT?" and "What are gas fees?". Beyond these fundamentals, we delved into storytelling to showcase the unique uses and narratives behind the different NFTs offered by Adidas. By providing users with a deeper understanding of the value and significance of NFTs, we aimed to empower our users to engage meaningfully and make informed decisions about their participation in the web3 space.
